Such is the case with our visit to Hong Kong. Opened in 2014 in Wan Chai, The Butchers Club Burger prides itself on using premium meat and serving a limited menu of burger, beer and bourbon. It’s considered to be one of the best in the country and was even included in Michelin Guide 2016 and 2017.
