Last Friday we had the pleasure of visiting Milk Bakery, once again. Milk Bakery is an excellent patisserie located at Jaffa’s Flea Market that never fails to deliver outstanding baking goods. It was founded by Adi Kihan, a patisserie with an impressive track record of working in top notch restaurants and bakeries both in Israel and in France.
Don’t miss out on the chance to try their cream puff, which is probably the best you’ll ever taste. In addition to ordering the cream puff, which we always do, we also snatched the last sable tart with chocolate cream and raspberry from the display window.
As always – AMAZING. I’m in love with their pastries. Flavor, textures – everything is done to perfection. Many bakeries are scared of adding salt to their sweet pastries but that’s not the case here. The tart had a unique taste with a salty punch which further emphasized it.
If you ever need to finish a day on a high note, or start one, or actually.. forget about it. You don’t really need a special occasion to go to Milk Bakery. Enjoy 🙂
